 1.1 Welcome to the Sertshop platform, run by Sert Technology Inc. and its affiliates (collectively referred to as "Sertshop", "we", "us", or "our"). The term "Services" refers to the Platform and the services we offer through it. Users, including both buyers and sellers, who register for an account to access our Services, are collectively referred to as "Users", "you", or “your". 3.2 You agree not to submit any information to us which is not accurate or misleading, and you agree to promptly notify us of any discrepancies or updates to such information. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to request additional documentation to verify the accuracy of the information you have provided.

3.3 If you register as a user of our Platform via your social media account ("Social Media Account"), link your Sertshop account to your Social Media Account, or utilize any social media features on Sertshop, we may access information that you have willingly shared with your Social Media Account provider, in accordance with the provider's policies. Any such personal data will be handled and utilized in compliance with this Policy at all times.

 

3.4 If you do not wish for us to collect the above-mentioned personal data, you may withdraw your consent at any time by submitting a written request to our Data Protection Officer. For further details on how to opt out, remove, request access to, or modify the information you have provided, please refer to the section titled "How can you withdraw consent, remove, request access to, or modify information you have provided to us?" Please note, however, that opting out or revoking your consent to the collection, use, or processing of your personal data may impact your ability to use certain features of the Services and the Platform. For instance, opting out of location data collection will disable location-based features.

4. COLLECTION OF OTHER DATA

4.1 In accordance with standard practice for websites and mobile applications, your device may send information, which is logged by our web server when you access our Platform. 7. HOW DOES SERTSHOP PROTECT AND RETAIN CUSTOMER INFORMATION?

7.1 We implement comprehensive security measures to protect` your personal data. Your personal data is stored behind secure networks and is accessible only to a limited number of authorized employees with special access rights. While we take all reasonable precautions, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

7.2 We will retain your personal data in accordance with applicable privacy and legal requirements. Your data will be anonymized or securely destroyed when: (i) the purpose for its collection has been fulfilled; (ii) retention is no longer necessary for legal or business reasons; and (iii) no legitimate interests justify further retention. If you stop using the Platform or if your access is terminated, we may continue processing your data as required by law. Subject to applicable laws, we may dispose of your personal data without prior notice.

Sellers must not contact buyers outside the platform, share data with unauthorized third parties, or retain buyer information longer than necessary. Sellers must also implement appropriate security measures and report any data breaches to Sertshop promptly.

 

9. CHILDREN'S INFORMATION

9.1 Our Services are not designed for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or maintain personal or non-personal data from children under 13, nor is any part of our Platform targeted at them. Parents or guardians should not permit children under their care to submit personal data to Sertshop. If a child’s personal data is provided, you consent to its processing and agree to this Policy on behalf of the child. We will terminate accounts used exclusively by children under 13 and delete any personal data submitted without parental consent.

10. THIRD-PARTY DATA COLLECTION

10.1 Our Platform utilizes Google Analytics, a service by Google, Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses cookies to collect data on how Users interact with the Platform. This data, including your IP address, is sent to Google’s servers in the U.S., where it is used to generate reports and provide related services. Google may share this data with third parties as required by law, but will not link your IP address to other personal data held by Google.

10.2 From time to time, we and third parties may offer downloadable applications via the Platform. These applications may access and share identifiable information, such as your name, user ID, IP address, and cookies, with third parties. These third-party applications and services are not controlled by Sertshop, and we encourage you to review their respective terms and privacy policies.

 

11. DISCLAIMER ON SECURITY AND THIRD-PARTY SITES

11.1 We cannot guarantee the security of data on third-party sites. While we take steps to protect your information within our systems, we are not responsible for data once it is shared with third-party platforms.

11.2 We may link to third-party sites or partner with others to offer services. These sites have their own privacy policies, and we do not control or receive data from them.

11.3 We are not responsible for the content or security of linked sites. Access them at your own risk. We appreciate any feedback about the links.
 

12. WILL Sertshop TRANSFER YOUR INFORMATION OVERSEAS?

12.1 Your personal data may be transferred, stored, or processed outside your country for various purposes. Sertshop will ensure such transfers comply with applicable laws, including those related to payment methods.

13. HOW CAN YOU WITHDRAW CONSENT, REQUEST ACCESS TO, OR CORRECT YOUR INFORMATION?

13.1 Withdrawing Consent

13.1.1 You can withdraw your consent for the collection, use, or disclosure of your personal data by emailing our Personal Data Protection Officer at techsales@serttech.com. We will process your request as required by privacy laws. However, withdrawing consent may limit our ability to provide services to you, and we may need to end our relationship with you.

13.1.2 If you share YouTube Content, in addition to emailing us, you can revoke Sertshop’s access to your data by adjusting your settings on the Google security page.

13.2 Requesting Access to or Correcting Your Personal Data

13.2.1 If you have an account, you can update your personal data through your Account Settings. If not, you can request access or corrections by emailing our Personal Data Protection Officer at techsales@serttech.com. Please provide sufficient details to verify your identity and the request.

13.2.2 We may charge a reasonable fee for handling access or correction requests. If applicable, we will inform you of the estimated fee in advance. We will only process your request after you agree to pay the fee.

13.2.3 We reserve the right to refuse corrections in accordance with privacy laws, in cases where we are legally permitted to do so.
